Was erwartet dich?
- Du beschichtest und veredelst eigenständig Metall- und Kunststoffoberflächen und steuerst dabei präzise die gesamten oberflächentechnischen Abläufe.
- Du bereitest die Bauteile sorgfältig für die Veredelung vor, indem du sie kontrollierst, aufsteckst und technische Zeichnungen als Arbeitsgrundlage nutzt.
- Du übernimmst das Rüsten, Überwachen und Bedienen der Bäder sowie der Chemieanlagen und führst selbstständig Wartungsarbeiten und die Badpflege durch.
- Du sicherst die Produktqualität durch laufende Inspektionen und den gezielten Einsatz von Messmitteln zur Prüfung von Schichtdicken und Toleranzen.
- Du dokumentierst die Prüfergebnisse lückenlos und trägst so aktiv zur Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards bei.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Oberflächenbeschichter (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
- Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung in der Oberflächenbehandlung, idealerweise in der Galvanotechnik, mit.
- Ein gutes technisches Verständnis sowie grundlegende EDV-Kenntnisse sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist sorgfältig, eigenständig und qualitätsbewusst.
- Als zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit arbeitest du gerne im Team.
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B1), um Arbeitsanweisungen sicher zu verstehen.
