- Du bearbeitest Bauteile nach geforderten Spezifikationen
- Du packst Bauteile aus, kontrollierst sie und steckst sie auf
- Du beschichtest und veredelst Metall- und Kunststoffoberflächen für dekorative oder technische Zwecke
- Du gehst sicher mit Messmitteln zur Schichtdicken- und Toleranzermittlung um
- Du steuerst und regelst oberflächentechnische Abläufe
- Du liest, wendest an und korrigierst bei Bedarf technische Zeichnungen und Arbeitsunterlagen
- Du führst produktionsbegleitende Inspektionen und Qualitätskontrollen durch und dokumentierst die Prüfergebnisse
- Du rüstest, überwachst und bedienst Bäder und Chemieanlagen
- Du führst selbständig Badpflege und Wartungsarbeiten durch und setzt Bäder an oder entsorgst Chemikalien

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Oberflächenbeschichter (m/w/d) oder eine technische Ausbildung mit ähnlichem Hintergrund
- Du bringst einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Oberflächenbehandlung mit
- Du verfügst über EDV-Grundkenntnisse
- Du arbeitest organisiert, strukturiert und eigenständig mit einem hohen Qualitätsverständnis
- Du hast eine sehr saubere und ordentliche Arbeitsweise
- Du bist teamfähig, organisationsfähig und verantwortungsbewusst
- Du bist bereit, in der Tagschicht oder im 3-Schicht-Betrieb zu arbeiten
- Du bist verantwortungsbewusst, teamfähig, engagiert, erkennst Probleme, hast ein gewisses technisches Verständnis und kannst sowohl selbständig als auch kooperativ arbeiten
