Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit einem erfahrenen Expertenteam Tragwerkslösungen für anspruchsvolle Hochbauprojekte
- Du leitest Projektteams, die je nach Auftrag eine Größe von 3 bis 15 Personen umfassen und aus Projektleitung, Ingenieur:innen und Konstrukteur:innen bestehen
- Du übernimmst die Organisation und Steuerung des Projekts von der Konzeptstudie bis zur Ausführungsplanung
- Du stehst Auftraggeber:innen und Planungspartner:innen beratend zur Seite
- Du trägst Verantwortung für die Gewährleistung der Qualität, die Einhaltung von Termin- und Kostenvorgaben sowie die Planung und Koordination des Personaleinsatzes im Projekt
- Du führst statische Berechnungen eigenständig durch und betreust Projektmitglieder in dieser Aufgabe, während du im gesamten Projekt etablierte BIM-Planungsprozesse anwendest und mit modernsten Technologien arbeitest

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium des Bauingenieurwesens (TU/FH) mit Schwerpunkt konstruktiver Ingenieurbau abgeschlossen
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Hochbau mit, idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung in der Projektleitung
- Du begeisterst dich für Tragwerksplanung
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit DLUBAL oder vergleichbaren Programmen
- Du hast Spaß an anspruchsvollen Aufgaben und identifizierst dich mit unseren Werten
- Du arbeitest qualitätsbewusst
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
