Vom ersten Kabel bis zum Probelauf: Du bringst Abgasnachbehandlungsanlagen weltweit ans Laufen. Ob auf Werften oder beim Kunden vor Ort – du parametrierst SPS-Steuerungen, diagnostizierst Fehler und sorgst dafür, dass die Technik läuft. Ein Familienunternehmen in Bremen mit 30 Tagen Urlaub, intensiver Einarbeitung und krisensicherem Arbeitsplatz.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Erstinbetriebnahme von Abgasnachbehandlungsanlagen (z. B. SCR-Systeme) beim Kunden vor Ort oder auf Werften – von der ersten Bestromung bis zum Probelauf
- Du spielst die Software auf, parametrierst die SPS-Steuerungen (z. B. Siemens TIA Portal) und führst Funktions- sowie Leistungstests durch
- Du prüfst Sensorik, Aktorik und mechanische Komponenten und baust komplexe Baugruppen nach EPLAN-Schaltplänen auf
- Du schließt Pneumatik- und Hydrauliksysteme an und konfigurierst sie in Kombination mit elektrischen Ventilen
- Du schulst das Bedienpersonal des Kunden und führst die technische Abnahme durch
- Du diagnostizierst Fehler und optimierst die Anlagenparameter im laufenden Betrieb

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker:in, Elektroniker:in für Automatisierungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Mess-, Regel- und Steuerungstechnik mit und kennst dich idealerweise in der Abgastechnik oder im Motorenbau aus
- Du arbeitest sicher mit Diagnose-Tools und hast SPS-Kenntnisse, idealerweise mit Siemens TIA Portal
- Du kannst komplexe Schalt-, Bestückungs- und Funktionspläne lesen und umsetzen
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation auf internationalen Baustellen
