- Du erstellst Stellenanzeigen, sichtest Bewerbungsunterlagen, wählst geeignete Kandidat:innen aus und führst Vorstellungsgespräche eigenständig durch
- Du koordinierst den gesamten Einstellungsprozess und gestaltest den Einstieg neuer Mitarbeitender professionell und reibungslos
- Du pflegst und verwaltest sämtliche Personaldaten, inklusive Arbeitsverträgen, Gehaltsinformationen, Steuerunterlagen und Personalakten
- Du fungierst als vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und unterstützt bei Konfliktfällen oder Fragestellungen im Arbeitsalltag
- Du stellst sicher, dass alle Arbeitsgesetze und internen Vorschriften eingehalten werden, verwaltest Urlaubsansprüche, Arbeitszeiten und Reiserichtlinien korrekt
- Du verantwortest die Verwaltung von Personalakten, Versicherungen, Sozialleistungen und allen administrativen Prozessen im HR-Bereich
- Du begleitest Mitarbeitende vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt, inklusive Zeugniserstellung und Abschlussgesprächen
- Du steuerst die Nutzung unseres HR-Systems Factorial, einschließlich Zeiterfassung, Abwesenheitsmanagement und dem weiteren Ausbau der Systemnutzung
- Du berätst Führungskräfte in Personalfragen, koordinierst Schnittstellen und steuerst externe Personaldienstleister
- Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale in HR-Prozessen und unterstützt HR-Projekte aktiv

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Personal, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR-Bereich mit, idealerweise in Recruiting, Onboarding und Personaladministration
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in HR-Compliance
- Du besitzt Organisationsgeschick, arbeitest selbstständig und hast eine hohe Serviceorientierung
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, teamfähig und trittst souverän gegenüber Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften auf
- Du hast Interesse an Prozessoptimierung und die Bereitschaft, HR-Projekte aktiv mitzugestalten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
