Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen, nehmen Fahrzeuge der Marken Ford, Citroën und Peugeot entgegen und erstellen erste Fehlerdiagnosen.
- Basierend darauf erstellen Sie detaillierte Reparaturaufträge und koordinieren die Werkstatt-Termine in enger Abstimmung mit den Kfz-Mechatroniker:innen.
- Sie beraten Ihre Kund:innen proaktiv und verständlich zu notwendigen Serviceleistungen, Wartungsarbeiten und Garantieoptionen.
- Während des gesamten Reparaturprozesses agieren Sie als zentrale Schnittstelle und halten die Kund:innen stets über den aktuellen Status auf dem Laufenden.
- Sie verantworten die finale Qualitätskontrolle, die Rechnungsstellung und die Fahrzeugübergabe, um ein erstklassiges Serviceerlebnis sicherzustellen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und bringen relevante Berufserfahrung im Automobilbereich mit.
- Ihre Stärke liegt in der Kundenberatung: Sie sind kommunikativ, serviceorientiert und finden für jedes Anliegen eine passende Lösung.
- Als Organisationstalent behalten Sie auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen den Überblick über Termine und Reparaturaufträge.
- Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits Erfahrungen mit den Marken Ford, Citroen oder Peugeot sammeln – dies ist jedoch kein Muss.
- Sie arbeiten eigenständig sowie qualitätsbewusst und kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
