Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst 3D-Konstruktionen und Modellierungen in CAD-Software wie Autodesk Inventor durch
- Du verantwortest die technische Auslegung und Berechnung – einschließlich FEM, Strömungssimulation und AD 2000
- Du erstellst fertigungsreife Unterlagen und begleitest den Prozess bis zur Produktion
- Du wickelst Projekte ab und kommunizierst mit Kund:innen und Behörden
- Du übernimmst perspektivisch die Leitung der Konstruktionsabteilung und führst ein interdisziplinäres Ingenieurteam von idealerweise 5–15 Mitarbeitenden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Energietechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst fundiertes Wissen in Thermodynamik, Strömungsmechanik (CFD) und idealerweise Akustik mit
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in der Schweißtechnik, Materialwissenschaften und Verfahrenstechnik
- Du hast Erfahrung mit CAD-Software (z. B. Autodesk Inventor) und in der technischen Auslegung
- Du kannst nachweisbare Erfolge in der disziplinarischen Führung von interdisziplinären Teams vorweisen
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
