Was erwartet Sie?
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für Studienpatient:innen betreuen Sie diese während des gesamten Studienverlaufs, führen telefonische Visiten durch und stellen die Nachverfolgung sicher.
- Sie organisieren die Studienvisiten und unterstützen das Prüfarzt-Team bei der Durchführung sowie der präzisen Dokumentation studienspezifischer Daten in den Case Report Forms (CRF).
- Sie führen eigenständig studienspezifische Untersuchungen wie EKGs und Blutabnahmen durch und erfassen wichtige medizinische Daten, z.B. dermatologische Scores.
- Sie übernehmen die sorgfältige Vor- und Nachbereitung von Initiierungen, Studientreffen, Monitorbesuchen und Audits.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Prüfärzt:innen wirken Sie an der praktischen Umsetzung der Studienprotokolle mit und tragen so direkt zum Forschungserfolg bei.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Gesundheitsfachberuf (z. B. als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in, MFA oder MTA) und bringen erste Berufserfahrung mit.
- Sie konnten idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen als Study Nurse in einer Klinik oder Praxis sammeln.
- Sie überzeugen durch eine gewissenhafte, genaue Arbeitsweise und ein souveränes, freundliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Patient:innen.
- Sie sind ein echter Teamplayer und haben Freude daran, gemeinsam mit Ihren Kolleg:innen die Forschung voranzutreiben.
- Für die sorgfältige Dokumentation und die Kommunikation im Team bringen Sie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
