Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die gesamte medizinische Versorgung Ihrer geriatrischen Patient:innen – von der Diagnostik über die Therapieplanung bis zur kontinuierlichen Betreuung.
- Basierend auf umfassenden geriatrischen Assessments entwickeln Sie individuelle Behandlungskonzepte und dokumentieren diese sorgfältig, unter anderem mit GeriDoc.
- Sie steuern den interdisziplinären Behandlungsprozess und arbeiten dabei auf Augenhöhe mit den Teams aus Pflege, Therapie und dem Sozialdienst zusammen.
- Als erfahrene:r Mentor:in geben Sie Ihr Fachwissen weiter, indem Sie die Ihnen zugeordneten Assistenzärzt:innen anleiten und supervidieren.
- Durch Ihre Teilnahme am Bereitschafts- und Rufdienst tragen Sie maßgeblich zur kontinuierlichen und sicheren Patientenversorgung bei.

- Ihre Basis ist die Anerkennung als Facharzt (m/w/d) für Geriatrie oder Innere Medizin mit der Zusatzbezeichnung Geriatrie.
- Sie verfügen über einschlägige Erfahrung in der Behandlung multimorbider älterer Patientinnen und Patienten.
- Als teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit hoher sozialer Kompetenz fördern Sie die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit.
- Ihr Engagement für eine patientenorientierte Versorgung ist der Kern Ihrer täglichen Arbeit.
- Für die Kommunikation im Team und mit den Patient:innen bringen Sie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
