Ihre Aufgaben

Ihre Aufgabe umfasst alle Aspekte der (Weiter-)entwicklung, Wartung und Administration der ear-Anwendungssoftware in Abstimmung mit der Teamleitung Anwendungsentwicklung und der Bereichsleitung IT-Prozesse und -System:

Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Übersetzung in technische Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern
Konzeption und Entwicklung moderner Frontends (nutzerzentriert, konsistent, intuitiv, barrierefrei, performant, responsive)
Integration und Anpassung von Backend-Systemen und APIs
Sicherstellung der Codequalität durch geeignete Teststrategien (z.B. UI-, Usability- und E2E-Tests)
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von CI/CD-Pipelines
Mitwirkung an Architektur- und Technologieentscheidungen sowie an der Optimierung von Entwicklungsprozessen und Standards
Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Spezifikationen
Beratung der Teamleitung und der Bereichsleitung
Steuerung und Durchführung von IT-Projekten
Steuerung externer Dienstleister in Bezug auf die ear-Anwendungssoftware

Bachelor in Wirtschaftsinformatik / Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studium alternativ nachgewiesene, gleichwertige Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen im entsprechenden Berufsbild
Erfahrung und Kenntnis in/mit
- Entwicklung moderner Webanwendungen im Frontend (z.B. TypeScript, React, Angular oder Vue)
- UI/UX-Prinzipien, Accessibility und Design-Systemen
- Backend-Systemen im Java-Umfeld (JEE/Spring Boot)
- Qualitätssicherung (Unit-, Integrations- und E2E-Tests)
- Relationale Datenbanken (SQL, Oracle)
- CI/CD (GitLab)
- Container (Docker)
- Linux- und Windows-Betriebssysteme
Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Deutsch mind. C1 in Wort und Schrift (Stakeholderkommunikation, Dokumentation etc.)

Die stiftung ear registriert u.a. Hersteller von Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten sowie von Batterien, koordiniert die Abholung der Elektro-Altgeräte bei den öffentlich-rechtlichen Entsorgungsträgern und lässt Organisationen für Herstellerverantwortung für Altbatterien zu. Für diese Aufgaben wurde sie vom Umweltbundesamt mit der Wahrnehmung hoheitlicher Aufgaben nach dem Elektro- und Elektronikgerätegesetz und dem Batterierecht beliehen. Wir denken heute Verwaltung von morgen: dynamisch, schlank und digital. Der Grad an Digitalisierung unserer Prozesse ist hoch und wächst täglich weiter.
