Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst und diagnostizierst technische sowie elektronische Fehler an Fahrzeugen verschiedener Marken und findest eigenständig die beste Lösung.
- Du übernimmst die fachgerechte Wartung, Inspektion und Instandsetzung, um die Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit der Kundenfahrzeuge sicherzustellen.
- Du führst eigenverantwortlich gesetzliche Untersuchungen wie Haupt- und Abgasuntersuchungen (HU/AU) nach den geltenden Vorschriften durch.
- Du kümmerst dich um die sorgfältige Reparatur von leichten Unfallschäden und stellst die ursprüngliche Fahrzeugqualität wieder her.
- In enger Abstimmung mit deinen Teamkollegen und den Serviceberatern sorgst du für reibungslose Abläufe und eine hohe Servicequalität in der Werkstatt.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kfz-Mechatroniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kfz-Service mit – markenunabhängig.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Eigeninitiative, hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein und Kundenorientierung.
- Als motivierter und kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer packst du zuverlässig mit an.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um dich sicher mit Kunden und im Team abzustimmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
