In diesem Job bringst du Projekte vom Angebot über die Budgetierung und Koordination der Dienstleister bis hin zur operativen Durchführung und Nachbereitung eigenverantwortlich voran und trägst damit maßgeblich zur erfolgreichen Realisierung hochwertiger Kongresse, Meetings und Events bei.
Die Position ist in die Agentur MCI Deutschland eingebettet, einer der führenden Anbieter im Bereich Kongress‑ und Eventorganisation, die Teil der internationalen MCI Group mit starkem Fokus auf Live‑Kommunikation und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit ist.
Was erwartet dich?
Du setzt kreative Veranstaltungskonzepte federführend in die Tat um und sorgst so für einzigartige Events und zufriedene Kund:innen
Du baust in deinen Projekten Beziehungen zu deinen Kund:innen auf und aus, führst und berätst sie bedarfsgerecht und leitest Projektmeetings
Du koordinierst und steuerst sämtliche an deinen Events beteiligten Dienstleister und planst die Ressourcen deiner Projektteams
Du kalkulierst neue Angebote, überwachst deine Budgets und rechnest Projekte ab, inklusive Reportings und Dokumentation
Du entwickelst unsere Live-, Online- und Hybrid-Formate kontinuierlich weiter und bringst dich in teamübergreifenden Projekten ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Eventmanagement mit, inklusive Vertragsverhandlungen, Pitches, Budgetierung und Leitung kleinerer Teams
Du trittst sicher in deutscher und englischer Sprache auf, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
Du beherrschst die gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Du bist teamorientiert, arbeitest strukturiert und verfügst über Beratungs-, Verhandlungs- und Problemlösungskompetenz sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Denken

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
