Sie übernehmen die Planung und Bauüberwachung für Projekte der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) über alle HOAI-Leistungsphasen (1–9) hinweg.

Sie stimmen sich gewerkeübergreifend ab und arbeiten eng mit den beteiligten Planern und Architekten zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss als Techniker oder Meister (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Sie bringen mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise in der Planung oder Bauüberwachung von Projekten der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA).
Eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit Kunden zeichnen Sie aus.
Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) und sind versiert im Umgang mit MS Office.
Ein Führerschein der Klasse B rundet Ihr Profil ab.
