- Sie leiten unser Team im Bereich Elektrotechnik Fahrzeugbau
- Sie planen und organisieren selbstständig die termin- und qualitätsgerechte Abarbeitung von Angeboten und Aufträgen
- Sie planen und prüfen elektrische Anlagen in Fahrzeugen
- Sie organisieren und führen Schulungen und Unterweisungen durch
- Sie erstellen Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und organisieren die daraus resultierenden Prüfungen sowie legen Maßnahmen fest und setzen diese durch
- Sie betreuen unsere Auszubildenden im Bereich Elektronik

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektronik mit Weiterbildung zum Meister (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in diesem Bereich
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der Elektrotechnik, vorzugsweise aus der Automotive- oder Bauindustrie
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Schaltplänen sowie Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Richtlinien und Normen wie DIN und VDE
- Sie zeigen ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sie haben gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
