Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die vollständige technische und kaufmännische Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich Schaltanlagen
- Du analysierst Kundenanfragen und wirkst bei der Angebots- und Konzeptphase mit
- Du erstellst und stimmst technische und kaufmännische Angebote ab
- Du planst, steuerst und überwachst Projekte hinsichtlich Terminen, Kosten, Qualität und Umfang
- Du koordinierst alle internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
- Du identifizierst und bewertest Mehr- und Minderleistungen (Claim- und Nachtragsmanagement) und begleitest Fertigung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme
- Du übernimmst die Vertretung der Abteilungsleitung bei Abwesenheit in operativen und organisatorischen Belangen
- Du unterstützt die Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Abläufe und Prozesse
- Du wirkst bei der Ressourcen‑, Kapazitäts‑ und Aufgabenplanung mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im elektro- oder energietechnischen Umfeld mit, idealerweise im Projekt- oder Schaltanlagenbau
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Techniker:in / Meister:in Elektrotechnik)
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie im technischen und kaufmännischen Auftragswesen
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS 365 sowie ERP-/Projektmanagementsystemen
- Du hast Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Richtlinien, was von Vorteil ist
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst und besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
