- Du führst strategische Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, um Trends, Chancen und Risiken in bestehenden und neuen Märkten zu identifizieren, sowohl in Bezug auf Produkte als auch auf Regionen
- Du entwickelst Wachstumsstrategien, erarbeitest und setzt Maßnahmen zur Erschließung neuer Geschäftsfelder und Kundensegmente um, suchst und bewertest geeignete Partner im In- und Ausland und begleitest Unternehmenszukäufe. Zudem bereitest du Verhandlungen vor und nach und unterstützt dabei
- Du baust strategische Allianzen, Kooperationen und Netzwerke auf, um die Marktposition zu stärken
- Du erstellst Business Cases und leitest strategische Projekte, indem du sie planst und steuerst
- Du identifizierst Produkt- und Dienstleistungsinnovationen sowie neue Geschäftsmodelle
- Du unterstützt bei der Unternehmensplanung, indem du strategische Handlungsempfehlungen für die Geschäftsführung ableitest und regelmäßiges Reporting über Marktpotenziale, Projektfortschritte und KPIs an die Geschäftsführung durchführst

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in der strategischen Geschäftsentwicklung, Unternehmensentwicklung oder im Management Consulting mit, idealerweise im Mittelstand
- Du verfügst über Projektmanagement-Erfahrung und hast ein technisches Verständnis für den Bereich Energieversorgung
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Strategie, Management oder vergleichbar
- Du denkst unternehmerisch und bist ergebnisorientiert
- Du bist innovationsfreudig sowie analytisch und konzeptionell stark
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Überzeugungskraft und Netzwerkfähigkeit
- Du bist belastbar und flexibel in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und proaktiv
