Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die hochkarätige, fachkundige Beratung und den Verkauf unseres exklusiven Schmuck- und Uhrensortiments an anspruchsvolle Kundschaft
- Du baust langfristige, vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen auf und pflegst unser Stammkundennetzwerk auf höchstem Serviceniveau
- Du berätst kompetent zu individuellen Anfertigungen, Umarbeitungen sowie Reparaturaufträgen und nimmst diese fachgerecht entgegen
- Du pflegst Kundendaten gewissenhaft im ERP-System und wickelst Wareneingänge sowie Aufträge von der Erfassung bis zur Übergabe präzise ab
- Du trägst aktiv zu einer erstklassigen Präsentation der Ware und einem perfekten Erscheinungsbild unseres Hauses bei

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Zwingend erforderliche Branchenerfahrung: Du verfügst über nachweisbare Erfahrung im Verkauf von Luxusgütern (z. B. Schmuck, Uhren, Premium-Mode) oder aus einer vergleichbaren High-End-Dienstleistung (z. B. gehobene Hotellerie).
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Einzelhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Premium-Segment.
- Leidenschaft für exklusive Produkte, edle Materialien sowie ein feines Gespür für Ästhetik und Qualität.
- Ein hochprofessionelles, stilvolles und souveränes Auftreten gepaart mit exzellenten Umgangsformen und starker Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
