Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst eigenständig physiotherapeutische Befunderhebungen durch, erstellst darauf basierend individuelle Behandlungspläne und dokumentierst den Therapieverlauf sorgfältig.
- In der aktiven Therapie wendest du vielfältige Behandlungskonzepte an, von manueller Therapie über Krankengymnastik bis hin zu gerätegestützten Übungen (KG-Gerät).
- Als vertrauensvolle:r Ansprechpartner:in berätst und begleitest du deine Patient:innen während des gesamten Heilungsprozesses und motivierst sie zur Erreichung ihrer Ziele.
- Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleg:innen im interdisziplinären Team zusammen, um eine ganzheitliche und bestmögliche Versorgung für eure Patient:innen sicherzustellen.

- Du hast eine staatlich anerkannte Ausbildung als Physiotherapeut:in.
- Du begegnest unseren Patient:innen mit einer wertschätzenden Haltung und hast Freude an der interdisziplinären Arbeit im Team.
- Engagement für deine eigene Weiterentwicklung und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung zeichnen dich aus.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits Fortbildungen mit, zum Beispiel in manueller Therapie (MT), KG-Gerät, PNF oder Bobath.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation mit Patient:innen und im Team sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
