Des Weiteren organisieren wir den Betrieb und die Verwaltung der Frankfurter Markthallen, Wochenmärkte und Flohmärkte. Auch die Unterhaltung der Uferbefestigungen und die Vermietung mehrerer Immobilien liegen in unserer Verantwortung. Was erwartet Sie?
- Eigenverantwortliche Projektsteuerung von anspruchsvollen Projekten
- Übernahme der elektrotechnischen Verantwortung als VEFK nach DIN VDE 1000-10
- Kontrolle und Überwachung der staatlichen und berufsgenossenschaftlichen Vorgaben (ArbSchG, BetrSichV, DGUV, DIN VDE etc.)
- Erstellung, Dokumentation und Pflege von Wartungs- und Prüfintervallen nach VDE / DGUV
- Verantwortlich für Neubau, Betrieb und Erhalt der vielfältigen, elektrotechnischen Anlagen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich der Gebäudeautomation (MSR Technik)
- Energieeinkauf, Energieabrechnung- und Management
- Ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Planung, Abwicklung, Überwachung, Qualitätsmanagement sowie Sicherstellung des Freigabe- und Informationsflusses, Kosten-, Termin- und Budgetüberwachung sowie Nachtragsmanagement
- Mitwirkung bei im Haus zu erstellenden Nebenkostenabrechnungen (Zuarbeit zu anderen Organisationseinheiten)
- Führung des Projektteams bestehend aus Planern, Fachingenieuren und externen Dienstleistern sowie Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Planung im Sinne der Projektziele
- Sicherstellung der gesetzlichen, behördlichen und internen Vorgaben bei der Projektdurchführung
- Vertretung des Bauherrn gegenüber Projektbeteiligten und Behörden sowie Abstimmung der Qualitäten und Ausstattungen mit Bauherrn, etc.
- Abstimmung und Koordination mit Behörden, Versorgungsträgern, Mietern und Dritten
- Entwicklung der Vergabestrategie, Vorbereitung und Verhandlung der Planer- und Bauverträge inkl. des laufenden Vertragsmanagements
- Regelmäßiges Reporting zum Projektstatus an die Leitung Bau und Technik

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur/ Techniker:in oder erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister im Bereich Elektrotechnik
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder in vergleichbarer Position (Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung)
- Sichere Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und Regelwerke
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Bau- und Vertragsrecht, im Nachtragsmanagement sowie DIN-Vorschriften
- Sicherer Umgang mit BGB und VOB sowie der HOAI/AHO und deren Leistungsbildern
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und qualifizierter Umgang mit Standard IT Anwendungen
- Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit, selbständiges Arbeiten sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Ausdrucksfähigkeiten
- Führerschein der Klasse B und die Bereitschaft zu Dienstfahrten
