Ihre zukünftige Position:
- Neuinstallation und Nachrüstung von Renishaw-Produkten direkt beim Kunden vor Ort
- Eigenständige Fehlersuche und Diagnose an bereits installierten Systemen
- Produktorientierte und anwendungstechnische Kundenberatung
- Unterstützung bei der Integration unserer Produkte in kundenspezifische CNC‑Prozesse
- Organisation und Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen – sowohl inhouse als auch beim Kunden
- Weitergabe von technischem Feedback und Ideen zur Produktverbesserung an das Produktmanagement
- Telefonischer Kundensupport bei technischen Rückfragen
- Technische Begleitung und Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens durch aktive Teilnahme an Fachmessen

Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Mechanik, Mechatronik, Elektromechanik, Zerspanung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Messtechnik in Werkzeugmaschinen
- Sichere Bedienung gängiger CNC-Steuerungen
- Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft für Einsätze vor Ort
