Ihre zukünftige Position:
- Neuinstallationen und Nachrüstungen der
Renishaw-Produkte bei unseren Kunden vor Ort - Durchführung von Fehlersuchen und Diagnosen an installierten Renishaw‑Produkten
- Produktorientierte und anwendungstechnische Kundenberatung
- Unterstützung bei der Integration der Produkte in kundenspezifische CNC‑Prozesse
- Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen bei Renishaw und vor Ort bei unseren Kunden
- Rückmeldung von Technik‑ und Produktverbesserungen an das Produktmanagement
- Telefonischer Support unserer Kunden
- Technische Unterstützung des Vertriebs
- Aktive Teilnahme an Messen

Ihr Profil:
- Ausbildung in den Bereichen Mechanik, Mechatronik, Elektromechanik, Zerspanung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Messtechnik in Werkzeugmaschinen
- Erfahrung in der Bedienung gängiger CNC-Steuerungen erforderlich
- Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude
am Kundenkontakt - Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
