Was erwartet dich?
- Du rüstest eigenständig CNC-Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen und erstellst oder optimierst Programme, vorwiegend mit Heidenhain- oder Siemens-Steuerungen.
- Anhand technischer Zeichnungen fertigst Du präzise Einzelteile sowie Kleinserien und überwachst dabei den gesamten Zerspanungsprozess.
- Du stellst die hohe Qualität Deiner Arbeit durch eigenverantwortliche Prüfungen und Messungen der gefertigten Bauteile sicher.
- Die regelmäßige Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen gehört ebenfalls zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb zu gewährleisten.
- Gelegentlich unterstützt Du bei Serviceeinsätzen direkt bei unseren Kunden vor Ort und bringst dort Deine technische Expertise ein.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder verfügst über vergleichbare, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im CNC-Drehen und/oder -Fräsen.
- Du kannst technische Zeichnungen sicher lesen und die Vorgaben präzise umsetzen.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung mit gängigen Steuerungen wie Heidenhain oder Siemens mit.
- Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen dich aus.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team sind gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B1) erforderlich.
