Was erwartet dich?
- Du koordinierst Wareneingänge, Retouren, Lagerbewegungen und Versand inklusive ordnungsgemäßer Verbuchung im Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Du stimmst Liefertermine und Transporte ab und überwachst den Lieferstatus sowie die Sendungsverfolgung
- Du pflegst logistische Daten und Dokumentationen und erstellst Versanddokumente
- Du unterstützt bei Bestandskontrollen und Inventuren und klärst Differenzen bei Wareneingang oder Inventur
- Du bearbeitest logistische Rückfragen aus Retail und HQ und unterstützt bei Reklamationen
- Du kommunizierst mit Speditionen und Transportdienstleistern und arbeitest an Prozessoptimierungen und Logistikprojekten mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Logistik, Spedition, Groß- und Außenhandel oder vergleichbar und mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung in der operativen Logistik, Auftragsabwicklung oder Supply Chain mit, was von Vorteil ist
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen und hast gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und zuverlässig mit hoher Daten- und Prozessgenauigkeit
- Du besitzt Organisationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen parallel zu koordinieren und den Überblick zu behalten
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellen und denkst serviceorientiert mit einer lösungsorientierten Herangehensweise

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
