Was erwartet dich?
- Multi-Projektmanagement: Du bist der Motor für die Betreuung internationaler Marketingaktivitäten eines Weltmarktführers.
- Ressourcensteuerung: Du managst parallel Projekte für über 20 Länder und behältst Timings sowie Aufgaben fest im Griff.
- Umsetzungspower: Du koordinierst Kundenbedürfnisse zielsicher und übernimmst das Content-Setup vielfältigster Länder-Projekte.
- Vielseitigkeit: Du begleitest digitale Marketing-Projekte, Print-Produkte sowie spezielle Sprach- und Shop-Rollouts.
- Kommunikations-Hub: Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen dem Headquarter und den lokalen Märkten weltweit.
- Standard-Wahrung: Du übersetzt komplexe Anforderungen in pragmatische Projekte und achtest auf die Einhaltung zentraler Markenstandards.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Fundierte Ausbildung: Du hast ein Studium in Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erste Erfahrung: Du bringst bereits Praxis im digitalen Projektmanagement oder Marketing mit – Agenturerfahrung ist ein großes Plus.
- Tech-Stack: Du kennst die globalen Standards sowie technischen Möglichkeiten von Systemen wie TYPO3 und Magento.
- Tool-Kenntnisse: Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit Tools wie HubSpot oder Marketo gesammelt.
- Organisationstalent: Du arbeitest hochgradig strukturiert und behältst auch bei vielen parallelen Länder-Abstimmungen die Ruhe.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
