Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die vollumfängliche Leitung von TGA-Projekten im Bereich der Versorgungstechnik, von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Übergabe (HOAI 1-9).
- Du steuerst die Planung der Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Sanitärtechnik, erstellst Ausführungszeichnungen und verantwortest die Ausschreibungsunterlagen.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle führst du dein internes Planungsteam und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit Bauherren, Architekten und ausführenden Firmen.
- Du überwachst aktiv den Baufortschritt vor Ort, koordinierst die Gewerke und stellst die Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards sicher.
- Du verantwortest das Projektcontrolling, überwachst Budgets sowie Termine und bist für die Prüfung und Freigabe von Bauleistungen und Rechnungen zuständig.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, eine Berufsausbildung oder eine Techniker-/ Meisterausbildung auf dem Gebiet der HLS-Technik
- Du verfügst über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Planung von HLS-Anlagen
- Du beherrschst fachbezogene Berechnungssoftware sowie MS-Office-Programme
- Du verfügst über fließende oder verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- CAD-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Du bist teamfähig und besitzt gute Planungs- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
