Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie administrieren und entwickeln unsere Virtualisierungsumgebung (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V) weiter, um Hochverfügbarkeit und eine stabile Performance sicherzustellen.
- Sie verantworten das Patch-Management für unsere Systeme und koordinieren die Change- und Release-Prozesse in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen.
- Sie betreuen die zentrale Antiviren-/EDR-Lösung und arbeiten bei Security-Vorfällen eng mit unserem Security Operations Center (SOC) zusammen.
- Sie konzipieren und betreiben unsere Backup-Lösung, führen regelmäßige Restore-Tests durch und entwickeln die Disaster-Recovery-Strategien kontinuierlich weiter.
- Sie wirken bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Rechenzentrum mit und optimieren unsere Betriebsprozesse durch gezielte Standardisierung und Automatisierung.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, eine IT-Ausbildung (z. B. als Fachinformatiker:in) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit relevanter Berufserfahrung.
- Sie bringen fundierte Praxis in der Administration von IT-Infrastrukturen mit, insbesondere in der Virtualisierung (z. B. VMware, Hyper-V) und im Betrieb von Windows- und Linux-Servern.
- Sie sind vertraut mit zentralen IT-Sicherheitsthemen wie Patch-Management, Antivirus/EDR und Backup-Konzepten – Erfahrung im SOC-Umfeld ist dabei ein klares Plus.
- Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse in der Netzwerktechnik und im Monitoring. Idealerweise bringen Sie zudem Know-how in der Automatisierung mit Skriptsprachen (z. B. PowerShell, Bash) mit.
- Ihre strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise hilft Ihnen, serviceorientiert im Team zu agieren und auch komplexe Probleme zu lösen.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) und bringen gute Englischkenntnisse für die Arbeit mit technischen Dokumentationen mit.
