Wir suchen eine erfahrene IT-Fachkraft (w/m/d) zur Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem SOC-Team, der IT-Leitung und den Fachbereichen zusammen, um Stabilität, Sicherheit und Effizienz unserer Systeme sicherzustellen.

Was erwartet Sie?

Sie administrieren die Virtualisierungsumgebung (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper-V, KVM) und planen Kapazitäten, stellen Hochverfügbarkeit sicher und entwickeln Disaster-Recovery-Strategien
Sie planen, testen und rollen Patches und Updates zeitgesteuert aus und koordinieren Change- und Release-Prozesse mit den Fachbereichen, überwachen Patch-Status, bewerten Risiken und dokumentieren sämtliche Durchführungen
Sie implementieren, konfigurieren und überwachen die zentrale Antiviren-/EDR-Lösung und reagieren auf Security-Alerts, führen Health-Checks durch und stellen die Compliance sicher
Sie konzipieren und betreiben die Backup-Lösung, führen Restore-Tests durch und dokumentieren die Prozesse sowie planen und setzen Rechenzentrums-Projekte (Server, Storage, Netzwerk, Kühlung, Energieeffizienz) um
Sie standardisieren, automatisieren, dokumentieren und optimieren Betriebsprozesse und betreuen das SOC-Team und setzen Sicherheitsrichtlinien um
Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Security Operations Center bei Vorfällen und Alarmen zusammen und administrieren Telefonsysteme, pflegen Rufnummernpläne und integrieren die Telefonanlage in unsere IT-Services

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik bzw. eine IT-nahe Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration oder IT-Systemelektroniker:in) und relevante Berufserfahrung
Sie bringen mehrjährige Praxis in IT-Infrastruktur-Themen mit, insbesondere in Virtualisierung (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper-V, ggf. KVM), Patch-Management (WSUS/SCCM/Intune/Ansible oder vergleichbare Tools), zentraler Antivirus/EDR-Lösung, Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen sowie Speicherverwaltung im Netzwerk
Sie haben Erfahrung im Rechenzentrum-Betrieb (Server, Storage, Netzwerkinfrastruktur) und im SOC-/Security-Umfeld, Incident Response, Security Policy-Erstellung sowie in der Telefonanlagenverwaltung (IP-Telefonie)
Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows/Linux-Serverbetrieb, Netzwerktechnik und Monitoring und bringen idealerweise Automatisierungs-Know-how (PowerShell, Bash, ggf. Python) mit
Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Sie arbeiten analytisch, strukturiert, zeigen hohe Serviceorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
