Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Teams im Auftragsmanagement einschließlich der Blutentnahmestelle
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung
- Du arbeitest in der Routine mit, indem du telefonische Befundauskünfte gibst, Blutentnahmen durchführst, das Probenmanagement übernimmst, Patient:innen empfängst und Aufträge erfasst
- Du sorgst für die Einarbeitung neuer Kolleg:innen
- Du verbesserst kontinuierlich die Abläufe in der Abteilung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Leitungsaufgaben mit
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum medizinischen Fachangestellten (MFA) oder medizinisch-technischen Laboratoriumsassistent:in (MTLA)
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Serviceorientierung aus
- Du hast Freude am Kontakt und Umgang mit Menschen
- Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, bist verantwortungsbewusst und teamfähig
- Du gehst sicher mit digitalen Systemen um
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
