Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie planen, steuern und überwachen selbstständig die Fertigungsprozesse, inklusive der Festlegung von Produktionsreihenfolgen unter Berücksichtigung von Terminen, Kapazitäten und Materialverfügbarkeit
- Sie übernehmen die ganzheitliche Kapazitäts- und Materialplanung, sichern die Maschinenverfügbarkeit, den Materialbedarf und die Warenverfügbarkeit, und kontrollieren sowie werten die Produktionsmeldungen aus
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Einkauf, Produktion und Vertrieb zusammen und stimmen sich ab, um einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf sicherzustellen
- Sie wirken aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen mit und unterstützen bei der Weiterentwicklung der Planungssysteme zur termingerechten Kundenbelieferung
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Versandplanung inklusive Speditionsbeauftragung und unterstützen vertretungsweise in der Versandabfertigung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Verfahrensmechaniker, Elektroniker (m/w/d), bzw. im gewerblich-technischen Umfeld)
- Sie können technische- und kaufmännische-, sowie gute Kommunikationsskills vorweisen
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung, Fertigungssteuerung oder Arbeitsvorbereitung
- Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1 Niveau)
- Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, und haben praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert, gepaart mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
