- Du unterstützt unser Vertriebsteam bei Kundenterminen und Projektanfragen mit technischer Expertise
- Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen und bestehende IT-Umgebungen
- Du erarbeitest gemeinsam mit Vertrieb und Technik passende technische Lösungsansätze
- Du übersetzt Kundenanforderungen in umsetzbare technische Konzepte und bewertest Machbarkeit, Aufwand und technische Abhängigkeiten
- Du erstellst technische Lösungskonzepte in den Bereichen IT-Infrastruktur, Cloud und Microsoft 365, Netzwerk und Security, Hybrid-Umgebungen und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von technischen Projekt- und Angebotsgrundlagen
- Du definierst Zielarchitekturen und technische Lösungsansätze und wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung standardisierter Kundenplattformen und Servicekonzepte mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Infrastruktur-Umfeld, idealerweise im Systemhaus oder MSP
- Du hast ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Server und Virtualisierung, Microsoft 365 oder Cloud, Netzwerk, IT-Security
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Planung, Konzeption oder Umsetzung von IT-Lösungen mit
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und analytisch
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und trittst sicher auf

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
