- Du betreust Patient*innen ganzheitlich ergotherapeutisch in Einzel- und Gruppensettings mit dem Ziel, die Alltags- und Handlungsfähigkeit zu fördern
- Du führst Befundaufnahmen durch und erstellst individuelle Therapie- und Behandlungspläne
- Du setzt therapeutische Maßnahmen um und passt sie basierend auf Fortschritt und Zielvereinbarungen an
- Du tauschst dich fachlich eng aus und arbeitest interdisziplinär mit dem Team zusammen
- Du dokumentierst die Therapieprozesse und Fortschritte gemäß interner Standards
- Du gestaltest aktiv den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung der Ergotherapie-Sparte bei unserem Unternehmen mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ergotherapeut*in (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast Freude an ganzheitlicher, patientenzentrierter Therapie und bist bereit, dich aktiv in ein wachsendes Team einzubringen
- Du bist fähig, individuelle Behandlungs- und Therapiepläne entsprechend der Bedürfnisse der Patient*innen zu erstellen und durchzuführen
- Du bringst Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Kommunikations- sowie Teamfähigkeit mit
- Du hast Interesse an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit, z. B. mit Physiotherapeut*innen und anderen Gesundheitsfachkräften
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und bist bereit zur beruflichen Weiterentwicklung; idealerweise hast du Berufserfahrung in der Ergotherapie, insbesondere in der ambulanten Versorgung oder in einer Praxisumgebung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
