Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Diagnostik und Therapie bei Sprach-, Sprech-, Stimm- und Schluckstörungen für Patient:innen aller Altersgruppen und erstellst dafür individuelle Behandlungspläne.
- Du berätst Patient:innen sowie deren Angehörige einfühlsam und kompetent zum jeweiligen Störungsbild und begleitest sie aktiv während des gesamten Therapieverlaufs.
- Für eine ganzheitliche Versorgung arbeitest Du eng mit Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen und anderen wichtigen Bezugspersonen im Umfeld der Patient:innen zusammen.
- Du dokumentierst sorgfältig die Therapiefortschritte und verfasst aussagekräftige Berichte für Ärzt:innen, um die hohe Qualität unserer Behandlungen sicherzustellen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium als Logopäde bzw. Sprachtherapeut (m/w/d).
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Diagnostik und Behandlung von Sprach-, Sprech-, Stimm- oder Schluckstörungen mit – Kenntnisse im Trachealkanülenmanagement sind ein Plus.
- Mit deiner empathischen und geduldigen Art schaffst du eine vertrauensvolle Atmosphäre für deine Patientinnen und Patienten sowie deren Angehörige.
- Du arbeitest gerne eigenständig, schätzt aber auch den fachlichen Austausch im interdisziplinären Team, um die bestmögliche Versorgung zu gewährleisten.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um eine reibungslose Therapie und Dokumentation zu garantieren.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
