Was erwartet dich?

Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Innenausbau- und Sanierungsprojekten
Koordination und Steuerung aller Gewerke (z. B. Trockenbau, Elektro, Sanitär)
Bauablaufplanung sowie Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle
Steuerung und Abstimmung von Subunternehmern
Ansprechpartner für Kunden während der Projektphase
Überwachung der Ausführung vor Ort
Dokumentation und Reporting des Baufortschritts
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Vorschriften und Standards

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Meistertitel im Handwerksbereich
Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Innenausbau und/oder in der Sanierung als auch im Bereich der Bauleitung/Projektsteuerung
Du findest den Mix zwischen strategischer Arbeit im Home Office und tatkräftiger Präsenz direkt vor Ort auf der Baustelle
Deine Organisationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus
Du hast eine sehr Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Kunden und Partnern
Du verstehst es, Menschen zu motivieren, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Entscheidungen selbstständig zu treffen
Neukundenakquise liegt dir im Blut. Idealerweise bringst du bereits ein belastbares Netzwerk in der Branche mit, auf das du aufbauen kannst
Du hast einen Führerschein Klasse B
