Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist das Gesicht bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort und installierst fachgerecht die Netzanbindungen für moderne PV-Anlagen, Batteriespeicher und Wallboxen.
- Du nimmst die Anlagen sorgfältig in Betrieb, führst die notwendigen Messungen durch und übergibst sie mit einer klaren Einweisung an die stolzen Besitzer:innen.
- Du führst eigenständig Modernisierungen und Wartungsarbeiten an bestehenden Elektroinstallationen in Wohn- und Gewerbeobjekten durch und sorgst so für Sicherheit und Effizienz.
- In enger Abstimmung mit deinem Team dokumentierst du deine Arbeitsschritte und stellst eine reibungslose Projektabwicklung sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker:in für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Erfahrung in der Installation von PV-Anlagen mit – falls nicht, lernen wir dich gerne an.
- Eine selbstständige, saubere und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus und du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für deine Projekte.
- Im Umgang mit Kund:innen bist du serviceorientiert und freundlich, denn du weißt, dass du unsere Visitenkarte vor Ort bist.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um dich sicher im Team und mit Kund:innen verständigen zu können.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
