Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst das eigenständige Einrichten und Bedienen unserer Spritzgussmaschinen (z.B. Engel, Arburg, Krauss Maffei) und verarbeitest dabei anspruchsvolle Hochleistungskunststoffe wie PEEK oder PEI.
- Du bist für die systematische Erstbemusterung von Neuwerkzeugen verantwortlich und legst damit den Grundstein für eine stabile und effiziente Serienproduktion.
- Bei Prozessstörungen gehst du systematisch auf Ursachenforschung, behebst diese eigenständig und sicherst so eine konstant hohe Produktqualität und einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
- Du bringst deine Expertise aktiv in die Prozessoptimierung ein, indem du Versuchsreihen durchführst und eng mit der Qualitätssicherung und dem Werkzeugbau zusammenarbeitest.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker:in für Kunststofftechnik (oder vergleichbar) und bringst bereits Erfahrung aus einem Spritzguss-Unternehmen mit.
- Du kennst dich mit der Bedienung von Spritzgussmaschinen aus, idealerweise von ENGEL, Arburg oder Krauss Maffei.
- Pluspunkte sammelst du mit Kenntnissen in der Verarbeitung von Hochleistungskunststoffen wie PEEK, PEI oder PA.
- Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System zeichnen dich aus.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um dich sicher im Team abzustimmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
