Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere europäischen Schlüsselkund:innen und begleiten diese aktiv vom ersten Kontakt über die technische Beratung und Angebotserstellung bis zur erfolgreichen Auftragsabwicklung.
- Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Erfassung und Nachverfolgung aller Anfragen sowie Aufträge in unserem ERP-System und stellen so eine termingerechte Auslieferung sicher.
- Sie führen die gesamte kundenorientierte Kommunikation, bearbeiten professionell Rückfragen und managen das Reklamationswesen, um eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen wie Technik und Logistik entwickeln Sie passgenaue Lösungen und geben wertvolle Impulse zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und Marktstrategie.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Sie bringen mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst mit, idealerweise aus der Bauzulieferindustrie oder dem technischen Handel.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ein gutes Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge aus; Kenntnisse im Bereich Schloss- und Beschlagtechnik sind dabei ein Plus.
- Mit Ihrer strukturierten, eigenständigen Arbeitsweise und Ihrem souveränen Auftreten behalten Sie auch in fordernden Situationen den Überblick.
- Sie sind teamfähig und pflegen einen professionellen sowie verbindlichen Umgang mit Kund:innen und internen Schnittstellen.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch; Kenntnisse in einer weiteren Fremdsprache sind von Vorteil.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
