Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie betreuen vorwiegend europäische Schlüsselkund:innen von der Anfrage bis zur termingerechten Auslieferung gemeinsam im Team Vertrieb
- Sie erfassen eigenverantwortlich und gewissenhaft Anfragen und Aufträge im ERP-System und verfolgen diese nach
- Sie beraten Kund:innen kaufmännisch und technisch über das gesamte Produktspektrum hinweg
- Sie bearbeiten professionelle und kundenorientierte laufende Kundenkommunikation einschließlich Reklamationen
- Sie erstellen Angebote einschließlich aller inhaltlichen Vorbereitungen für zielgerichtete Kund:innengespräche, geeignete Präsentationen und weitere vertriebsrelevante Unterlagen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Fachbereichen zur Entwicklung belastbarer, kundenorientierter Lösungen zusammen und setzen Impulse für die Weiterentwicklung von Marktpräsenz, Kundenbeziehungen und Produkten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
- Sie verfügen über mindestens fünfjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst mit der Ambition zu wachsender Verantwortungsübernahme, vorzugsweise in der Bauzulieferindustrie oder im Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger technischer Produkte
- Sie haben Kenntnisse im Bereich Schloss- und Beschlagerzeugnisse, was von Vorteil ist
- Sie besitzen ein gutes Verständnis für Kundenanforderungen, Marktmechanismen und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Sie zeigen hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und einen ausgeprägten Leistungsanspruch sowie eine strukturierte, engagierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie sind durchsetzungsstark, ausdauernd und souverän auch in fordernden Situationen und verfügen über Teamfähigkeit sowie einen verbindlichen und professionellen Umgang mit Kund:innen und internen Schnittstellen
- Sie sind eine pragmatische und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit
- Sie sprechen fließend Englisch und haben mindestens erweiterte Grundkenntnisse einer weiteren Fremdsprache auf Niveau B1

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
