Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie fertigen das tägliche Sammelgut ab, einschließlich Datenmeldung, Lieferscheine, Sendungskennzeichnung und Verladekontrolle
- Sie organisieren und wickeln Transporte innerhalb Deutschlands und der EU ab
- Sie holen Frachtangebote ein, werten diese aus und stimmen sich mit Kund:innen zu Lieferterminen ab
- Sie erstellen Frachtpapiere und Versandunterlagen
- Sie bereiten Sendungen vor, inklusive Markierung, Verladekontrolle und Ladungssicherung
- Sie übernehmen allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten wie Paketversand, Dokumentenablage, Intrastatmeldungen, Rechnungsprüfung und Präferenzkalkulationen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie bringen idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Logistik, Versand oder Spedition mit
- Sie haben Kenntnisse im Zollwesen, insbesondere in der Export- und Importabfertigung, die von Vorteil sind
- Sie überzeugen durch gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und weitere Sprachkenntnisse ergänzen Ihr Profil wünschenswert
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenständig
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
