Was erwartet dich?
- Du empfängst und betreust Patient:innen an der Anmeldung
- Du vergibst Termine, managst das Telefon und bearbeitest Rezepte sowie Überweisungen
- Du organisierst den Sprechstundenablauf und rufst Patient:innen auf
- Du assistierst im Sprechzimmer bei Untersuchungen und kleineren Eingriffen
- Du erfasst Arztbriefe, schreibst Kurzberichte nach Diktat und dokumentierst in der Patientenakte
- Du pflegst und verwaltest die Patientenakten, sowohl digital als auch papiergebunden
- Du bereitest Instrumente vor, auf und reinigst sie nach Vorgaben
- Du füllst Verbandsmaterial sowie Sprechzimmer- und OP-Materialien auf
- Du setzt die Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards der Praxis um und hältst sie ein

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
