Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest 2nd Level Support-Anfragen sowohl remote als auch vor Ort
- Du analysierst und behebst Störungen in IT-Systemen und Netzwerken
- Du fährst gelegentlich auch zu unseren Kunden (deutschlandweit), dies kommt jedoch nur selten vor
- Du unterstützt den 1st Level Support bei komplexeren technischen Fragestellungen
- Du administrierst und betreust Server- und Client-Systeme, Netzwerke und IT-Infrastruktur sowie Cloud- und Hosting-Lösungen
- Du installierst, konfigurierst und wartest Hard- und Softwarelösungen
- Du setzt IT-Projekte um, wie Migrationen, Systemumstellungen und VoIP-Lösungen, und stellst die IT-Sicherheit sicher, inklusive Firewall, Backup und Virenschutz

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Support (2nd Level) mit, idealerweise im Systemhaus-Umfeld
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, wie zum Beispiel als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows Server & Client-Systemen, Netzwerktechnologien (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewall) und Microsoft 365 / Cloud-Services
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Active Directory, Backup- und Sicherheitslösungen
- Du besitzt analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie Kommunikationsstärke aus
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
