- Sie führen die Qualitätsplanung, -sicherung und -lenkung in Produkt- und Serienentwicklungsprojekten durch, setzen diese um und passen sie an
- Sie wenden Qualitätsmethoden in der Entwicklungsphase an und moderieren diese, wie beispielsweise FMEAs, 8D-Reports, SPC, MSA, APQP
- Sie entwickeln Qualitätskonzepte und definieren Prüfmethoden für Neuentwicklungen und neue Technologien
- Sie sind Ansprechperson und Expert:in für externe Lieferanten und Kund:innen im Produktlebenszyklus
- Sie führen interne und externe Prozessaudits durch

- Sie sind staatlich geprüfte:r Techniker:in in der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik oder haben eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie kennen und wenden etablierte Qualitätsmethoden und Qualitätswerkzeuge an
- Sie sind ein engagierte:r Teamplayer:in mit Erfahrung in der agilen Projektarbeit und verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
