Als Supervisor:in in unserer Spritzgussfertigung bist Du verantwortlich für die Planung der Produktion im zugewiesenen Bereich sowie für die personelle und disziplinarische Führung des entsprechenden Teams. Zudem stellst du die Erreichung der täglichen Ziele in den Bereichen HSE, Qualität, Produktivität, Lieferung und Bestand sicher.

Was erwartet dich?

Du übernimmst die personelle und disziplinarische Führung deines Teams im Bereich Spritzguss und planst den Personaleinsatz sowie die Produktionsabläufe.
Du stellst die Einhaltung der täglichen Ziele in den Bereichen Qualität, Produktivität und Arbeitssicherheit (HSE) sicher und leitest bei Abweichungen gezielte Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ein.
Aktiv treibst du die kontinuierliche Verbesserung voran, indem du dein Team nach LEAN-Prinzipien entwickelst und Problemlösungsmethoden im Alltag verankerst.
Du erstellst aussagekräftige Reportings zu den Fertigungskennzahlen und bereitest diese für das Management auf.
Als zentrale Ansprechperson arbeitest du eng mit Schnittstellen wie Engineering, Vertrieb und dem Werkzeugbau zusammen, um reibungslose Prozesse zu gewährleisten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker:in für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker.
Du bringst nachweisbare Führungserfahrung im Spritzguss mit, zum Beispiel als Schicht- oder Teamleiter:in.
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit LEAN-Prinzipien sowie gängigen Methoden zur Problemlösung im Produktionsumfeld.
Als kommunikationsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit motivierst du dein Team und förderst eine offene Zusammenarbeit.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und gutes Englisch, um dich im internationalen Umfeld sicher zu bewegen.
Die Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit rundet dein Profil ab.
