Was erwartet dich?
- Mithilfe gängiger Steuersoftware erstellst du eigenverantwortlich Jahresabschlüsse sowie betriebliche und private Steuererklärungen für einen festen Mandantenstamm.
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für deine Mandant:innen, berätst sie in laufenden steuerlichen Angelegenheiten und baust eine vertrauensvolle Beziehung auf.
- Du übernimmst die Kommunikation mit Finanzämtern und Behörden, prüfst Steuerbescheide sorgfältig und legst bei Bedarf Einspruch ein.
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung betriebswirtschaftlicher Auswertungen mit und bereitest die Zahlen verständlich für die strategische Beratung unserer Mandant:innen auf.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen mit.
- Der Umgang mit gängiger Steuersoftware fällt dir leicht und du arbeitest dich schnell in neue Tools ein.
- Eine strukturierte, eigenständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich ebenso aus wie deine Teamfähigkeit.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
