Was erwartet dich?
- Technische Kundenberatung und Telefonsupport als Teil unserer Service-Hotline
- Serviceeinsätze vor Ort bei Kunden (Region Schwerin), inklusive Inbetriebnahmen, Funktionsprüfungen, Fehleranalysen und Geräteeinstellungen (dein Wohnsitz ist dein Startpunkt).
- Unterstützung bei größeren Serviceaufträgen, etwa Revisionen und Inbetriebnahmen von Anlagen
- Durchführung von Produktschulungen für Kunden und unsere Mitarbeitenden
- Betreuung von Anwendungen in unterschiedlichen Branchen, mit besonderem Bezug zur Schiffbranche und zu Einsatzorten an der Küste
- Dokumentation von Serviceeinsätzen und technischen Ergebnissen wie z. B. in Mess- und Prüfprotokollen
- Übernahme der Zufallsbereitschaft unserer internationalen Service-Hotline am Wochenende und an Feiertagen (ca. alle 8 Wochen)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung bzw. Technikerweiterbildung mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik
- Berufserfahrung von etwa 3 bis 5 Jahren, idealerweise im technischen Service, in der Wartung oder Instandhaltung
- Kenntnisse in der Mess- und Regeltechnik sind von Vorteil
- Freude an direktem Kundenkontakt und an lösungsorientiertem Arbeiten
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des definierten Einsatzgebiets; die maximale einfache Fahrtzeit pro Einsatz beträgt etwa 3 Stunden
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
