Was erwartet Sie?
- Du bist die rechte Hand der Geschäftsführung und erstellst eigenständig Analysen, Reports und Kennzahlen, die als fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlage für strategische Weichenstellungen dienen.
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für zentrale Controlling-Projekte – von der Konzeption über die Koordination bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung in enger Abstimmung mit dem Management.
- Als Schnittstelle zu internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern kommunizierst du souverän, bereitest wichtige Besprechungen vor und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.
- Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale in bestehenden Prozessen, entwickelst konkrete Verbesserungsvorschläge und begleitest aktiv deren Implementierung im Unternehmen.
- Im Tagesgeschäft unterstützt du die Geschäftsführung bei der Priorisierung von Themen, der Terminkoordination sowie der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings.

- Du hast ein Studium (z.B. im Bereich Controlling/Finance) oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und bringst mindestens zwei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit.
- Mit deinem analytischen und strategischen Weitblick verstehst du betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und hast eine hohe Affinität für Zahlen.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert sowie lösungsorientiert und übernimmst gerne die Verantwortung für eigene Projekte.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
