Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist das Gesicht bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort und führst selbstständig Service-, Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten durch.
- Du behebst Funktionsstörungen und setzt unsere Produkte wie Fenster, Türen, Wintergärten und Beschattungen fachgerecht instand.
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Verglasungsarbeiten sowie kleinere Montagen, zum Beispiel im Rollladenbau.
- In enger Abstimmung mit deinem Team sorgst du dafür, dass alle Aufträge termingerecht und in hoher Qualität abgeschlossen werden.
- Du dokumentierst deine Einsätze sorgfältig und gewährleistest so eine reibungslose Übergabe an deine Kolleg:innen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise im Handwerk, oder bringst bereits praktische Erfahrung im Fenster- und Türenbau mit und das idealerweise im Bereich Service/Reparatur
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und zuverlässig, gleichzeitig bist du ein echter Teamplayer.
- Im Umgang mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden überzeugst du durch dein freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, idealerweise auch BE.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um dich sicher mit dem Team und den Kund:innen abzustimmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
