Was erwartet dich?
- Du akquirierst neue Kunden sowie spannende Bauprojekte und betreust unsere Bestandskunden aus der Wohnungswirtschaft in den Regionen Hamburg und Berlin.
- Du berätst und begleitest Geschäftsführungen sowie Technische Leitungen von Wohnungsbaugesellschaften professionell durch den gesamten Verkaufsprozess für große, mehrgeschossige Wohnobjekte.
- Du verantwortest die präzise Angebotserstellung und führst Verhandlungen souverän und auf Augenhöhe bis auf Vorstandsebene.
- Du arbeitest partnerschaftlich mit internen und externen Ansprechpartner:innen zusammen – dazu zählen Bauleitungen, Architekturbüros, die Fachplanung und die Produktionsleitung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur) oder eine vergleichbare fundierte technische Ausbildung.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauwirtschaft mit, beispielsweise als Bauleiter:in oder Techniker:in, und hast fundierte Erfahrung im Vertrieb (ideal in der Wohnungs- oder Bauwirtschaft).
- Du verfügst idealerweise bereits über ein starkes Netzwerk und gute Kontakte zu Bau- oder Versorgungsunternehmen, Architekturbüros und/oder Immobilienfirmen.
- Du zeigst hohes Interesse an bautechnischen Prozessen sowie Produkten und hast die Fähigkeit, dich schnell und präzise in fachliche Details einzuarbeiten.
- Du überzeugst durch nachgewiesene Vertriebserfolge sowie eine sehr ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kontaktstärke.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
