Was erwartet dich?
- Strategische Leitung: Du übernimmst die Rolle des Geschäftsführers und verantwortest sowohl technische als auch kaufmännische Aspekte.
- Kundenfokus: Du betreust und erweiterst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen im Bereich Motorrad-Rennsport (Teams, Werkstätten) sowie im Bereich hochwertiger Straßenmotorräder (Händler).
- Technik & Beratung: Du berätst fachkundig zu High-End-Komponenten, insbesondere Bremsanlagen, und führst die Auftragsbearbeitung durch.
- Markenpräsenz: Du präsentierst unsere Produkte auf Motorsport-Events, Messen und direkt bei Kunden vor Ort, um die Bekanntheit der „neuen“ BSA Corse zu steigern.
- Business Development: Du identifizierst Marktpotenziale und akquirierst Neukunden im In- und Ausland.

Was bieten wir dir?
- Mobilität: Ein Firmenfahrzeug (auch zur privaten Nutzung).
- Flexibilität: 1–2 Tage Homeoffice pro Woche (vorzugsweise Montag/Freitag) sind nach Absprache möglich. Dienstag bis Donnerstag ist Präsenz am Standort Viernheim erforderlich.
- Einarbeitung: Ein erfahrenes Backup durch den Alt-Inhaber im ersten Jahr.
- Netzwerk: Zugang zu den exklusivsten Rennserien und Projekten im Motorsport (GT, LMP, Formel, Motorrad-WM).
Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Technisches Fundament: Du bist gelernter Zweiradmechaniker, Rennmechaniker, Kfz-Mechatroniker oder hast eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung/Studium.
- Branchenerfahrung: Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung und bringst eine tiefe Leidenschaft für Motorräder sowie technisches Verständnis für Bremsanlagen mit.
- Persönlichkeit: Du bist ein „Macher“ mit Verkaufstalent - idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im Vertrieb
- Kaufmännisches Verständnis: Du hast keine Scheu vor Zahlen und der administrativen Führung eines Betriebes.
- Flexibilität & Mobilität: Du besitzt den Führerschein Klasse B und bist reisebereit. Für den Erfolg der Firma bist du bereit, dort zu sein, wo die Branche pulsiert.
- Sprachen: Sicheres Deutsch ist Voraussetzung, Englischkenntnisse sind aufgrund internationaler Kontakte (Italien/Rennteams) von großem Vorteil.
- Führerschein: Der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
