Was erwartet dich?

Projektmanagement & Koordination

Eigenständige Leitung von Photovoltaik-Projekten
Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Ressourcen
Koordination interner Fachabteilungen (DC/AC, Montage, Elektrik) sowie externer Dienstleister
Sicherstellung einer termingerechten, wirtschaftlichen und qualitativ hochwertigen Umsetzung

Kommunikation & Organisation

Hauptansprechpartner für Kunden, Partner und ggf. Behörden
Projektbezogene Terminabstimmung und Baustellenkoordination
Erstellung und Pflege von Projekt- und Anlagendokumentationen
Regelmäßiges Reporting und Pflege des Projektstatus in der Firmensoftware

Technik & Prozesse

Prüfung und Begleitung der technischen Planung (DC/AC)
Unterstützung bei Netzanträgen und behördlichen Themen
Überwachung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltschutzvorgaben

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, speziell im Bereich der Photovoltaik oder der erneuerbaren Energien.
Dein Fundament bildet ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, des Maschinenbaus oder eine vergleichbare technische bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Erfahrung.
Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke und ein ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick.
Im Umgang mit MS Office bist du sicher; idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit branchenspezifischer Software gesammelt.
Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B.
Deine Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift entsprechen mindestens dem Niveau C1.
