Was erwartet dich?
- Eigenständige Leitung von Photovoltaik-Projekten
- Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Ressourcen
- Koordination interner Fachabteilungen (DC/AC, Montage, Elektrik) sowie externer Dienstleister
- Sicherstellung einer termingerechten, wirtschaftlichen und qualitativ hochwertigen Umsetzung
- Hauptansprechpartner für Kunden, Partner und ggf. Behörden
- Projektbezogene Terminabstimmung und Baustellenkoordination
- Erstellung und Pflege von Projekt- und Anlagendokumentationen
- Regelmäßiges Reporting und Pflege des Projektstatus in der Firmensoftware
- Prüfung und Begleitung der technischen Planung (DC/AC)
- Unterstützung bei Netzanträgen und behördlichen Themen
- Überwachung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltschutzvorgaben

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Photovoltaik oder erneuerbare Energien.
- Dein Fundament bildet ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder eine vergleichbare technische bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung.
- Dich zeichnet eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus und du überzeugst mit Kommunikationsstärke sowie Organisationstalent.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office bist du sicher und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit branchenspezifischer Software gesammelt.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und sprichst Deutsch verhandlungssicher (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
