Vorarbeiter im Garten- und Landschaftsbau (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du gestaltest Außenanlagen im öffentlichen und gewerblichen Bereich
- Du arbeitest im Team mit 3–5 Facharbeitenden; dabei stehen dir Fachkräfte, ein fester Maschinist, vielfältige Maschinen und Subunternehmer zur Umsetzung der Architektenpläne zur Verfügung
- Du leitest die Baustelle und bist verantwortlich für die Anlage von Platz-, Wege-, Vegetationsflächen und Bauwerken
- Du arbeitest gerne mit jungen, motivierten Kolleg:innen zusammen, die auch außerhalb der Arbeit gemeinsame Unternehmungen schätzen
- Du unterstützt die Auszubildenden in ihrer beruflichen Entwicklung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Fachrichtung Garten- und Landschaftsbau oder im Hoch-/Tiefbau
- Du hast ein umfangreiches Fachwissen in den Bereichen Wegebau, Bautechnik und Pflanzenkunde
- Du bist motiviert, größere Projekte im Team mithilfe moderner Maschinentechnik umzusetzen.
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Bauleitenden, in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden sowie gute Kenntnisse im Material- und Maschineneinsatz und in der Koordination von Subunternehmern
- Du besitzt den Führerschein Klasse BE oder Klasse 3 (Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich) und verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
